The Resilience Project delivers evidence-based positive mental health programs to build resilience and happiness. We focus on three main strategies: Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness. Over 10 years, we've worked with schools across Australia and New Zealand.

Our program is mapped to The Australian and New Zealand Curriculum and comprises of presentations (students, teachers, parents), school curriculum, teacher resources and our app.
